In loving memory of our friend and teammate, OG

The OG Charity Soccer Tournament is dedicated to Tonguç Omer Gulder, or “OG”, as most of us knew him. OG was well known and loved in the Ottawa soccer community for his sense of humor and passion for the game. As a social worker in Ottawa for many years, he was equally passionate about helping those in need, and touched the lives of countless youth and families facing hardship.

The goal of the OG Charity Soccer Tournament is to honour OG’s legacy of community service and his love of the game by bringing Ottawa’s soccer community together for an amazing day of soccer - all while raising money for charitable causes. To date, we have raised and donated nearly $10,000 for community programs in Ottawa, Kenya and Turkey.
